Not at all, but it wasn't retroactive. I said "From this point on". People who left before this was posted will be considered on merit. People, who left after will not be allowed back. People applying for another guild without telling me are instantly gone.
Ultimately I get to decide who is and isn't in the guild - that's my prerogative as guild master.
